Dr. Irshad Ahmad Banday is an experienced Interventional Radiologist with over 12 years of expertise in diagnostic and image-guided minimally invasive procedures. He is known for his patient-centric approach, clinical excellence, and commitment to delivering advanced, evidence-based care.

He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Srinagar, followed by an MD in Radiodiagnosis from Government Medical College, Jammu. He subsequently underwent Senior Residency training at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), Soura, where he gained extensive experience in advanced diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology.

To further enhance his skills, Dr. Banday pursued a Fellowship in Thoracic Radiology and Interventions from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He later worked at several leading corporate hospitals across the Delhi-NCR region, acquiring extensive experience in a wide range of complex vascular and non-vascular interventions.

Currently practicing in Srinagar, Kashmir, Dr. Banday is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art minimally invasive treatments that offer faster recovery, reduced hospital stays, and improved patient outcomes. His areas of expertise include vascular interventions, interventional oncology, venous interventions, hepatobiliary procedures, image-guided biopsies, drainages, and dialysis access interventions.
